This park is very clean and conveniently located close to I-90. The restrooms/showers are extremely clean and nice. However, the cost was outrageous! The base rate was $38.00, plus a per kid charge, plus tax, which amounted to $50.00 for my family. And, for an extra $10.00 we could have had a site on the water. For another $10.00, we could have rented a water pressure gadget that is required, as the water pressure in the park is too high. Overall, this park was ok, but we'll likely go elsewhere next time.
A very nice, quiet and clean park. Beautiful setting. No hassles. Lots of grass. The only negative is that it was a little hard to get to as we had to navigate through town in Glenns Ferry.
At first glance, this park doesn't look like much. But, we were there for three nights and by the time we left, it had grown on us. The location and proximity to Yellowstone is awesome. The owners were friendly and not intrusive. A very laid back atmosphere. The sites are a little close together, though. There also seemed to be a constant wind which prevented awning use. The kids loved the mini-golf and the wildlife that came into the camp. Very nice rest rooms and good laundry facility. Cost was about $6.00 per load though.
